The Villa is located on beautiful Sunset Beach. The world famous surfing spot, Pipeline, is directly in front of the house. Remarkable rides through the pipeline waves are well seen from the villa's balcony. The villa has a private road alongside a spectacular bicycle path that leads from Sunset Beach to Waimea Falls. Sunset Beach Villa is a great place for a large family or group of friends to enjoy a truly memorable vacation.

The Sunset Beach Villa is the only three story structure on North Shore. It has 8 bedrooms and 5 baths. Balconies and sitting areas surround every bedroom and give the possibility to enjoy the amazing Hawaii sunsets.
