Springbrook Hill Guesthouse

Description

The Springbrook Hill Guesthouse shares a more then 8 acre landscaped estate with the main house and is newly decorated to a high standard. This two-floor vacation rental is totally carpeted with a mahogany door and stairway. The furnishings are modern and cozy, and the house is charmingly decorated.

After an exciting day on the Penobscot Bay, it is very pleasant to come home to the Guesthouse for a barbeque on the big open lawn near the water.

There is also the large fireplace, where you can relax on cool nights. The great room offers a combined living room, dining room, and modern equipped kitchenette.

The Guesthouse accommodates 8 people with 3 bedrooms on the first floor (2 king, 2 singles), each with private bath and individual A/C. Upstairs there is the fourth bedroom with full bath and its own A/C. The washer/dryer are in the basement.
