The Penny House Inn is situated between Hyannis and Provincetown (each only 30-40 minutes away). The location is very convenient for daily excursions: whalewatching, ferries to the Islands, dune and seashore tours, sailing, golfing and fishing. The best beaches, shops, galleries, bicycle rentals, a full service health club, tennis, windsurfing, bike trails and many other activities are just minutes away.

The Inn is located on 2 acres of lawn and trees. The home was originally built in 1690, then it was carefully restored, refurbished and converted to a B&B Inn in the 1980's. The Penny House Inn & Spa provides guests luxury accommodations and personalized service. The Penny Inn offers several types of accommodations including rooms and suites with whirlpool tubs and fireplaces. A full breakfast is served each morning and fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals are always available for lighter fare.
