 Prescott Park is approximately a 10 minute walk from the noisy center of town. The park has compact piers that go out just a bit over the Piscataqua river and Portsmouth harbor with wooden benches so you can take the perfect view of the water and the boats. There is also a small theater on the grounds where plays are arranged in the summer.
