Since 1987, Santa Fe Rafting has guided thousands down the Rio Grande. The boatyard is conveniently situated in the center of Santa Fe on Cerrillos Road where they have plenty of free, secure parking.
All guides are trained in basic first aid and CPR and trips on the Taos Box always include a certified Swiftwater Rescue Technician. Many of our guides have a higher level of medical training. This includes Emergency Medical Technician and Wilderness First Responder. All SFR guides are well trained on the various sections of river they guide.
To make your river trip even more pleasurable experienced, certified guides are able to explain and identify the New Mexico flora, fauna and geological attractions in the areas we raft. You may choose to actively participate by paddling or let us do the rowing. We are happy to arrange weddings, birthdays or any custom trip you can dream up.
Age range, Type of group
All groups are welcome. Children under the age 16 needs to be accompanied by an Adult.
