 The house is located in 500 acre Green Mansions private resort. Private tennis courts. Golf Club on grounds. Private sandy beach. Miles of hiking and cross country trails. 5 miles from Lake George. 20 minutes from Gore Mountain.

 The Inn is elegant - the view is excellent - and the living is easy. The Kingsbury Country Inn is the perfect setting for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or getaway week or weekend. Conveniently located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George.

 The house is located about 1/4 mile south of town (Bolton Landing). It is directly across the street (Rte 9/Lake shore drive) from the lake and is one of two houses located on the property. It is set back from the road about 150' and up on a hill. It has a large deck with amazing views of the lake and forest in the back.

 Initially constructed for a local businessman as a simple "camp," this bed & breakfast has developed to offer cozy accommodations. At the end of a short country road in a solitary setting on the Hudson River, 40 acres of woodlands and fields are surrounded by a state forest preserve. There are wonderful views of the river and the Adirondack Mountains from the common rooms.
