Welcome to the Museum of Idaho. The new Museum of Idaho opened February 18, 2003 with the nationally acclaimed exhibit, A T. Rex Named SUE. The Summer of 2003 we offered the Prehistoric Worlds: Backyard Discoveries exhibit. From September, 2003 to January, 2004, The Museum of Idaho presented the Columbian Mammoth exhibit in the Carr Gallery. Through most of 2004 we have shown the Lewis and Clark exhibit, followed by the Giant Insects exhibit. We now offer our next major event, our Space Journey exhibit!
